Beautiful geodes from the Dugway, Utah Geode Bed, sometimes containing deep single vugs, twin vugs, & multiple vugs with botryoidal chalcedony on one side, and a smooth Drusi crystalline with natural self healed ridges. The vugs are banded in shades of clear to a hint of blue chalcedony. Truly, each specimen is unique. Not only are these a great sample geode, this also fluoresces a brilliant green under SW ultra-violet light. This color comes from uranium salts trapped in the chalcedony, which are so low that this becomes undetectable, being completely harmless.
